afterfashion is an action group originating from the BA (Hons) Critical Practice in Fashion Media at LCF. We know what happens to our fashion when we no longer want it, and it’s not pretty. afterfashion is a call to imagine a fashion system after ‘Big Fashion’ that is no longer wasteful or exploitative and breaks free from its colonial structures. In the words of Lola Olufemi, imaginative thinking is fuel; afterfashion is an experiment in imagining otherwise.
